The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 1 Greetings to all! Saskatchewan Command of The Royal Canadian Legion is again very proud to present to you our Third edition of the Military Service Recognition book which makes four published booklets in all on a yearly basis for our Command with the first one being our Provincial Commemorative History Book that was circulated around the Province four years ago. I would again like to take this opportunity to thank all the Branches and individual family members that have provided pictures and information on their loved ones who served or who are serving at the present time. Plans are underway for more editions of this Military Service Recognition book so we encourage everyone to submit pictures and information on our servicemen and women to be included in one of these future booklets. We feel that this booklet is a great tool for the youth or our nation or anyone interested in military history to learn about the sacrifices of our great men and women from conflicts of the past and also current conflicts at the present time. All of these brave men and women deserve recognition for their services and for you all to know who they were and are, and there are thousands and thousands more out there! We would also like to thank the many individuals and businesses that make yearly donations towards the publication of these books. It is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Your help ensures that these servicemen and women will never be forgotten! Please ensure that this book is circulated around your school, library and any other community centre in your area. That is the intent so that it is viewed by as many people as possible. We hope you enjoy reading this book. A great effort has been but into its publication and we look forward to more! Thank you.
