He was discharged on September 11, 1945, and received the France-Germany Star and various other medals. Frank passed away on March 29, 1984. FIOLLEAU, Pierre WWII Pierre was born in 1919. He joined the Army and served in Canada, the UK and Continental Europe. He received the 1939-45 War Medal, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp, the Defence Medal, the FranceGermany Star, and the 1939-45 Star. FISHER, Percy Keith WWII Percy was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1916. He was a signalman with the RCC of Signals, serving in France at the Battle of Normandy and the Caen Invasion. He was killed in action on August 8, 1944, at age 28 and is buried at Bretteville-sur-Laiz Candian War Cemetery, Calvados, France. He was killed in a friendly-fire incident. His mother was given the Silver Cross. He was the only son of Percy R. and Victoria Fisher, who had the Post Office at Crystal Springs, SK. FISHER, Charles Frederick WWI Charles was born in Crystal Springs, SK, in 1884. He joined the 6th Field Company, Canadian Engineers and served in France. He was killed in action in 1917 and is buried at Beehive Cemetery, Willerval, Pas-de-Calais, France.
