The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 65 BREMNER, Robert Roderick WWI Robert was born in Scotland in 1876 and enlisted with the Canadian Permanent Force as a Private on June 15, 1915. On January 2, 1916, he was transferred to the 3rd division and served in Canada and France. Robert was discharged on June 20, 1919 and he joined the Earl Grey Branch in March of 1930. BREWSTER, Harry WWII Harry was born in Birch Hills, SK in 1921 to Harold and Margaret Brewster who farmed in the Fisher District northwest of Birch Hills. Harry went to Fisher School and took his high schooling in Birch Hills. He enlisted in the Air Force and served overseas for three years. After WWII was over, he entered Veterinary College at Guelph, Ontario, graduating in 1949 and settled to practice in Chilliwack, BC for 25 years until transferring to the BC Government Department of Agriculture in Abbotsford, BC. BROCKBANK, Harold WWII Harold was born in Outlook, SK in 1914 and enlisted with the South Saskatchewan Regiment serving in Canada and Europe. He passed away in 1944 and is buried in Groesbeek Cemetery in the Netherlands. BRIN, Adelard WWII Adelard was born in Coderre, SK, on April 6, 1922. He enlisted in the Army on January 12, 1942, being attached to the engineering department, South Albertans Regiment, serving in Canada, Britain and Northwest Europe. He was discharged on February 12, 1946. He passed away on July 6, 2001.
