OFFERS EDUCATIONALWORKSHOPS ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Workshop This workshop is designed to help all caregivers become more willing, ready and able to help persons at risk. Suicide can be prevented; training in suicide intervention develops the skills used in suicide first aid. ASIST is an intensive, interactive and practicedominated course designed to help recognize risk, and learn how to intervene. MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID This workshop is to provide help to a person developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis until professional treatment is received or until the crisis is resolved. WHO CAN ATTENDTHESEWORKSHOPS: ANYONE These workshops are designed for everyone.
