He sailed on several merchant ships, such as the SS Queens Park and the SS Tabiotic Park. England, Australia, Ceylon, both sides of India, Bombay and Calcutta, and Africa are just a few of the places Dad has sailed to. In 1947, Dad married Margaret Warnock (Mom) and together they raised 7 children, working side by side until Mom’s passing in 2005. Dad now resides in Minnedosa, MB. Dad is an amazing person. What courage it takes to leave your home, and fight for your country so that we can all enjoy the freedom we have today.
