LEST WE FORGET 55 BARBER, John Sr. WWI John was born in Buttress, Saskatchewan in 1894. He joined the 128th Battalion and served in Europe. He passed away in 1955. BARTLEY, Ed WWII Ed joined the Light Artillery and served overseas for four years during World War II. He served in England, Sicily, and Italy. He was discharged is 1944, came back to Watrous, Saskatchewan and went to work for the C.N.R. He remained with the C.N. until his retirement in 1966. BARKER, Arthur Julian RCMP Arthur was born in England. He enlisted on April 10, 1919, and served in the RCMP F Division. In 1932, he was promoted to Corporal and then to Sergeant. Arthur passed away on March 16, 1940, in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, at the age of fifty.
