The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 41 AZEVEDO, John WWII John joined the Army and served as a Private with the Canadian Army Infantry. He was stationed in Saskatoon and then transferred to Petawawa before going overseas to London, England. BABER, Harry Duncan WWII Harry joined the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve and served as Able Seaman during World War II. He passed away in 1984. BADGE, Fred WWI Fred served in Belgium with the Canadian Army from 1915 to 1918. He was wounded in the Battle of Passchendaele. Fred was the first President of the Gull Lake Veterans’ Association.
