He joined the Air Force on August 14, 1941 and served in Canada, England and Ireland during World War II. He was discharged on January 18, 1946. James was a member of Carnduff Legion Branch 216 prior to his death in 1989. AUBICHON, Ernest KOREA Ernest was born in Green Lake in 1928. He joined the Army and served in Korea with the Regina Rifle Regiment of the Canadian Infantry Division. Ernest passed away in 2012 AUBICHON, Ralph WWII Ralph was born in Green Lake. He enlisted on April 4, 1941 and served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment. He was at Forêt de la Londe on January 22, 1944; Groor Meer on October 13, 1944; and Schipbeek/Holten on April 8, 1945. After being wounded three times during the war, Ralph was discharged on August 10, 1945.
