MAURICE, François WWI François was born in Île-à-la Crosse, Saskatchewan. He enlisted in the Army in Prince Albert on February 7, 1917 and served with 233rd Battalion, Canadiens-Français du Nord-Ouest, during World War I. He was discharged on November 27, 1917 due to being medically unfit. MAYS, Stanley WWII Stanley was born in Saskatoon on April 9, 1919. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy on December 16, 1940 and served as Able Seaman on the Pacific coast until leaving the service on July 25, 1945. Stanley married and became a member of Nutana Legion Branch 362.
