He enlisted in the Army in March 1953 and served with the RHR in Korea. Private MacDonald left the service in April 1956. He married and has been a member of Nutana Legion Branch 362. MACK, Edward J. WWII Edward was born in 1921 in Lampman, Saskatchewan. He joined the Army during World War II and served as a Private with the Saskatoon Light Infantry in Canada, Britain, the Central Mediterranean area and Northern Europe. He was in the service a total of 32 months of which 25 were spent overseas in the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. He received the 1939-45 Star, the Italy Star, the France and Germany Star, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and the War Medal 1939-45. Edward passed away in 2003. MacKAY, Donald WWII Donald was born in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan on August 13, 1920. He enlisted in the Army in January 1942 and served as a Leading Aircraftman in Canada during World War II. He left the service on August 24, 1945. Donald has been a member of Nutana Legion Branch 362.
