MacDONALD, John Malcolm WWI John was born in Scotland in 1889. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Army and served in Canada, England, Belgium and France with the 44th Battery. He became a member of Prince Albert Legion Branch 2. MacDONALD, Norman WWII Norman was born in 1918 in Cut Knife, Saskatchewan. He enlisted in the Army on February 19, 1942 and served in England, France, Holland, Belgium and Germany with the 28th B.C.A.R. Corporal MacDonald was discharged on March 6, 1946 and was awarded the France and Germany Star, the 1939-45 Star, the Defence Medal, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and the King George VI Medal. Norman was a member of Cut Knife Legion Branch 20 for more than thirty years before he passed away in 1997.
