Around 1930, the Killian family moved north to Lintlaw where he went to school before joining the Army. He joined the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps and served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe where he was killed in action in France in 1944. KILLIAN, Clarence George WWII Clarence was born in 1919 in Colgate, Saskatchewan. Around 1930, the Killian family moved north to Lintlaw where he went to school before joining the Army during World War II. He served with the Saskatoon Light Infantry (Machine Gun) in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Central Mediterranean. Clarence was a member of Prince George Legion Branch 43 before he passed away in 2003.
