HORSBURGH, Douglas Montiith WWII Douglas was born on August 13, 1922. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1942 and served overseas as a pilot from March 1943. Douglas was discharged in December 1945. He passed away on October 9, 1982. HOWARD, Harold Arthur KOREA Harold was born in 1934 in Lashburn, Saskatchewan and joined the Canadian Army to serve during the Korean War. He was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, the Peace Medal, the United Nations Service Medal and the Korean Star Medal. Harold has been a member of Jasper Place Legion Branch 255 for five years.
