He joined the Army during World War I and served overseas with the 16th Canadian Light Horse and the 77th Battery of Field Artillery. He was a Life Member of Carnduff Legion Branch 216 before he passed away in 1996. EREMKO, James WWII James was born on September 21, 1917. He joined the Canadian Army in 1941 and served in #43 Provost Company. Major Eremko was discharged in 1946 and passed away on June 21, 1985. ERICKSON, Ada WWII Ada joined the Army in World War II and served with the Canadian Women’s Army Corps. Private Erickson served as a stenographer and left the service in April 1945.
