He joined the Canadian Expeditionary Force on April 14, 1916 and served in France with the 212th Overseas Battalion and the 4th Pioneer Battalion. He was discharged on February 11, 1919. John died in 1956. COX, William Edward WWII William was born in 1921. He joined the Canadian Army in August 1942 and served as a Private in the United Kingdom and Europe. Private Cox was discharged in February 1946 and received the France and Germany Star. CRAIG, Donald Gerald WWII Donald was born on July 28, 1924. He joined the Army on November 1, 143 and served as a Private with the Essex and Canadian Scottish Regiments in Canada, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Wounded at the Falaise Gap in France, Donald was hospitalized at the 22nd Canadian General Hospital in England. He returned to Canada on HMCS Lady Nelson and was discharged from service on April 11, 1946. Donald passed away on June 5, 1994.
