The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 133 COVENTRY, James Harvey “Jim” WWII Jim was born in September 1915. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force on February 28, 1941 and served as wireless operator with Moose Squadron, Group 6. Corporal Coventry was discharged on June 5, 1945. Jim passed away on July 30, 1999. COWIE, Allen Houston WWI Allen was born in Ontario in 1897. He enlisted in the Army with the RNWMP in April 1918 and served in France with the Lord Strathcona Horse. Allen was a member of Three Towns Legion Branch before he passed away in 1962. COWIE, Andrew Grey Jr. WWI Andrew enlisted in the Army and served with the 28th Border Horse, 152nd Battalion, and the 5th Battalion in France where he was killed in action in 1917. Andrew is buried in Pas de Calais in France.
