The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 129 COPELAND, Stanley Reed WWII Stanley was born on January 20, 1913. He enlisted in the Saskatchewan Regiment in 1939 and did his basic training in Regina, followed by his advanced training in Winnipeg. Private Copeland was posted to Sheffield, England and served in the Ambulance Corps. He also played in the Regimental Band. Stanley met his wife Rosalie Cawthorne in Sheffield and returned with her to his farm in Pontrilas after his discharge in 1945. COREAU, William Alphonse WWII William was born in 1901. He enlisted in the South Saskatchewan Regiment in 1940 and served as a Private until his discharge in 1945. William passed away in 1972. CORY, A. G. Gary S. RCMP Gary joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on January 31, 1956 and served as Staff Sergeant. He left the service on April 4, 1992.
