The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 87 DAOUST, Leo “Jerry” WWII Jerry was born in Viscount, Saskatchewan and he lost his father at an early age due to a train accident. He joined the Army and served in World War II. Jerry married Evelyn Morphy of Viscount and they raised two children. Abbotsford, British Columbia is their home. DAOUST, Norman Paul KOREA Norman was born in 1937 in Viscount, Saskatchewan and went to school there. He served in the Korean War and after his discharge, worked for several years as a welder in British Columbia. He lived in Saskatoon, SK and was married with three children. Norman passed away in 1989. DAOUST, Stanley KOREA Stanley was born in 1931 to Armand and Victoria Daoust from Viscount, Saskatchewan, where he also took his schooling. He joined the Navy in British Columbia and served during the Korean War. His brother, Norman, also served in the same war. Stanley married, had seven children, and spent his adult life in BC. He passed away in 1984.
