The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 61 BROWN, Ernest Robert Raynor WWI Ernest was born in Nottingham, Notts, England on July 5, 1895 and later lived in Taylorton, SK where he was a general manager. His father was Walter Brown of England. Walter joined the Army on November 17, 1917 in Regina, SK and served with the Saskatchewan Regiment. He was discharged on March 21, 1918. BROWN, Robert “Bob” WWII Bob was born in Bowness, Scotland. He came to Canada in the early 1930s and worked for farmers around the Viscount/Plunkett, SK area. He joined the Army in 1939 and served overseas. After his discharge, Bob came back to Canada and married Pat with whom he raised two children. He worked and lived in Surrey, BC and has since died of cancer. BROWNJOHN, Wilford WWII Wilford joined the Army and served overseas as a Signalman with the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals during World War II.
