The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 407 TELFER, Robert “Bob” WWII Bob joined the Army and served with the North Saskatchewan Regiment in World War II. After the war, he worked for The Star Phoenix. TESCH, Rudolph WWII Rudolph was born in Viscount, Saskatchewan on October 21, 1922. He grew up on the farm with his six siblings and attended the Golden Acre School. Rudolph joined the Army and served as a Private in World War II. He married Margaret McIntosh from Vancouver and they raised three children. He passed away on July 19, 1983. TETZLAFF, Andrew WWII Andrew was born in Viscount, SK. on June 15, 1924. He grew up on a farm near Lucasville where he also attended school, then went on to St. Peter’s College and Saskatoon to obtain his BSc degree. His two brothers, Otto and Norman, joined the Royal Canadian Air Force while Andrew joined the Army and served as a lab technician in Regina, SK. After the war, he went to Louisiana for his B.A. and then to Houston, Texas before retiring in Los Angeles. Andrew raised one daughter with his wife, Patricia McLellan, and he passed away in May 2008.
