The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 391 SPENCER, Allan WWII Allan was born in Alingly, near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, on September 9, 1919. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in May 1940 and served in Canada as a transport driver during World War II. He was discharged in 1945. Allan married Maisie and they raised two children. He was also a member of Cloverdale Legion Branch in British Columbia for twenty years. Allan died on May14, 1993. ST. MICHEL, Robert. A. WWII Robert was born to Albert and Elizabeth St. Michel and he attended St. Alphonse School in Viscount, Saskatchewan. He served in the Army in World War II. After his discharge, Robert married, had three children, and lived in Regina, SK. STACEY, Gerald Earl WWI Gerald was born on May 4, 1899 in Fenton Falls, Ontario and he was a student when he enlisted on March 16, 1916 in Hanna, Alberta. His actual age, as claimed on that day, was 16 years and 10 months. Gerald served in the Army during World War I. His father was Walter D. Stacey who lived in Viscount, Saskatchewan where he was quite active in the United Church.
