He joined the Royal Canadian Army and served as a Sergeant in the 1st Division in Canada, Italy, Holland, and Germany during World War II. John was a farmer who married and had 3 children. He moved to British Columbia where he worked as a carpenter. He was a member of Spalding Legion Branch 348 before he died in 1990. He is buried in Duncan, British Columbia. REYNOLDS, Walter WWII Walter was born in England in 1919. During World War II, he served with the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in Canada, England, Africa and Sicily. Walter was medically discharged after he was wounded in 1944, resulting in the loss of one eye. He married, had two children, and was a member of Quill Lake Legion Branch 37 for fifty years before his death in 1996. Walter is buried in Quill Lake Cemetery. RICHARDSON, Clem P. WWII Clem was born in 1923 in Broadview, Saskatchewan. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force on June 9, 1941, served as a Pilot Officer, and was discharged on September 17, 1945. Clem was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal. He later worked as a bank clerk at the Royal Bank in Viscount, SK and was a member of Viscount Legion Branch 271.
