He served in Canada, England and Germany with the RCMP from 1941-1944 and as a Sergeant in the Provost Corps from 1944-1946. Chester married and had 3 children. He lives in British Columbia. NORDIN, Harold WWII Harold was born in Clair, Saskatchewan in 1921. He joined the Army and served in the Canadian Provost Corps in Canada, England and Holland during World War II. He married and had 2 children. Harold died in 1993 and is buried in Penticton, British Columbia. NORDIN, Peter WWI Peter was born in Sweden in 1884 and came to Clair, Saskatchewan in 1910. He joined the Canadian Army and served with the 214th Battalion in Canada and France where he was wounded in 1919. Peter got married, had five children, and died in 1977. He was buried in Burnaby, British Columbia.
