The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 269 MEDDINS, Ivor WWII Ivor was born in Wales and came to Canada in 1926 with his parents, John and Martha Meddins. He went to Rideau School, north of Young, Saskatchewan and later farmed until he joined the Army in November of 1940 and served overseas. After his discharge in November 1945, he continued farming. MEEN, Edward A. WWI Edward lived in Viscount, Saskatchewan with his family who owned the drug store. He was married and raised a family. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy and served in World War I. After his discharge, he went to the United States. MEEN, Theodore WWI Theodore took up a homestead in the Easterlea district of Saskatchewan. He joined the Army and served in World War I.
