The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 231 LANGSTON, Reginald “Reg” WWII Reg was born in Plunkett, SK and he took his schooling at Eltham. His sister, Enid, also enlisted to serve in World War II. Reg joined the Army and served overseas with the Cameron Highlanders. While serving in England, he met and married Gene, an English girl, with whom he had one son. Reg and Gene retired to Lethbridge, Alberta where he passed away in 1983. LANGSTON, Stewart WWII Stewart was born in Plunkett, SK and went to school in Eltham. With his brother, Leslie, he enlisted and served during World War II. Stewart married Anne Tayfel and they had three children. Calgary has been their home. LATOURNEAU, Earl WWII Earl was born in Edam, SK and studied at the Logan school, south of Viscount. With his brother, Henry, he enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy, while Eugene joined the Canadian Infantry Corps. He married Edith Gibson and they had two children. He died in 1981.
