The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 229 LANGSTON, Keith WWII Keith was born in Plunkett, SK in 1918. He took his schooling at Eltham and finished grade eight at 13 years, and then became his father’s right hand man. Keith and his brother, Lewis, both joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1940. While stationed at Mossbank, SK, he met and married Margaret Scott and they raised five children. Keith did many types of work during his lifetime, such as that of machinist, a mechanic and a welder. In Red Deer, AB, he operated a service station and lastly, was an insurance agent. Keith passed away in 1980. LANGSTON, Leslie “Les” WWII Les was born in Plunkett, SK and studied at the Eltham country school. Les and his brother, Stewart, both enlisted to serve in World War II, Les serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force. After his discharge, he married Margaret with whom he had two children. LANGSTON, Lewis WWII Lewis was born in Plunkett, SK in 1923 and he went to school at Eltham. With his brother, Keith, he enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in World War II. He raised three children with his wife, Rose Taylor.
