The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 115 DUNDAS, George WWII George was born in Scotland around 1911 and grew up on a homestead near Plunkett, Saskatchewan. He left home early to live and work in Saskatoon, SK and while there, joined the Army along with his brother, Charles. George married Flora Campbell. DYCK, Walter WWII Walter joined the Army and served in World War II. He was also a school teacher at Lucasville School and married Effie Gibb, from Viscount, Saskatchewan. EARLY, Charlie WWII Charlie was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1910 and came to Clair, Saskatchewan in 1912. As a Sergeant in the Army during World War II, he served as an artillery instructor for five years at Petawawa, Ontario. Charlie married and had two children. He died in 1947 and is buried in Toronto, Ontario.
