The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 87 DUNDAS, G. WWII G. Dundas enlisted on September 23, 1940 and served with the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps in Canada and the United Kingdom during World War II. He left the service as a Private on November 9, 1945. G. Dundas married. DUNLOP, W.W. WWII W.W. Dunlop was born on May 27, 1918 in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. He enlisted on September 6, 1940 and served with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Canada and the United Kingdom. He left the service on September 30, 1945 as a Corporal. W.W. Dunlop married. DUNVILLE (nee FORREST), Nellie WWII Nellie was born on March 4, 1925 in Mankota, Saskatchewan. She enlisted with the Canadian Women’s Army Corps (CWAC) in Regina, SK on March 17, 1943 and became a piper in the CWAC pipe band. She toured Canada twice with the band which was used extensively for recruiting and entertaining at War Bond rallies. The band was also loaned to the United States to assist them in recruiting and fund raising. Nellie left the service in Regina on October 21, 1944, attended Business College in Prince Albert, SK and worked as a stenographer with Veteran Land Act administration in Prince Albert from 1945 to 1951, the year she married Stanley Thomas Dunville. They raised a son and a daughter. Nellie has been active with Grosvenor Park United Church where she is the voluntary roll clerk.
