The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 317 MUNDELL, Wesson WWI Wesson and his brother, Alfred, enlisted in the Army in 1915 and served during World War I. Wesson went to school at Eltham, southwest of Plunkett, Saskatchewan. After his discharge in 1918, Wesson went farming in the Leroy, SK area and raised eight children with his wife, Pearl Brumwell. MUSSELMAN, Joseph V. WWII Joseph was born in Didsbury, Alberta on March 24, 1903. He joined the Army in 1942 and served as a Private and a mechanic driver in Canada and England before being discharged in 1945. He was a member of RCL Viscount Branch 271 and received a 35-year pin from the Crooked River Branch 292. He retired and lived in Plunkett, SK where he died on February 19, 1993 and was buried in the Plunkett Cemetery. Joseph was step-father to Dale Miller. NELSON, Alfred “Fred” WWII Fred lived in the Viscount district, in Saskatchewan. He joined the Army and served overseas as a Gunner in the artillery during World War II.
