He homesteaded with his parents, Donald David and Mary McKinnon, in the Plunkett, SK district. He joined the Army in Saskatoon, SK on October 28, 1917 and served as a Private with 12 M.D. 1st Depot Battalion, Saskatchewan Regiment. He was discharged in 1918 and died of the flu on November 16 of the same year. McKINNON, Dan WWII Dan farmed in the Logan district, south of Viscount, Saskatchewan and he loved playing the violin. He joined the Army and served during World War II. McKOSKI, Charles “Charlie” WWII Charlie moved to Viscount, Saskatchewan with his parents and sister in 1919. His dad was section foreman for the Canadian Pacific Railway. Charlie joined the Army and served in World War II. He married and was residing in Edmonton, Alberta.
