He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served for twenty-five years, including two years in Egypt and at other locations in Europe and Canada. He died on April 13, 2010. HAYWARD, Arthur Henry WWII Arthur was born in Leask, Saskatchewan on June 3, 1917. He joined the Army and served in World War II. Arthur died on October 6, 1999. HAYWARD, Arthur WWI Arthur was born in London, England on October 23, 1888. He joined the Army and served overseas during World War I, returning to Canada in March 1919. Arthur was a member of RCL Leask Branch 79 for more than thirty years. He had four sons, Arthur, John, William and Albert and his brother was Thomas. He died on September 29, 1973.
