Each year, the RNC Association presents a $1,000 scholarship to two high school graduates who are dependents of current or past RNC Association members. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors – wherever they may take you! The recipients for the 2024 Detective Sergeant Thomas Fraize Scholarship are Emma Rose Kennedy and Olivia Morgan. They each received a $1,000 scholarship in support of their future studies! Detective Sgt. Thomas Fraize Scholarship Emma Rose Emma Rose Kennedy graduated with Honors from Mount Pearl Senior High School in June of 2024. She received an early enrolment scholarship from Memorial University where she is currently studying. She is pursuing a double Masters program in English and Bio Medicine in the pursuit to become a doctor. Congratulations to Emma Rose and Olivia! We wish you all the best in your studies! Olivia Morgan Olivia graduated from Waterford Vally high School in June 2024. She is in her first year of Memorial University of Newfoundland in the Bachelor of Science Program. She is hoping to be accepted into the Bachelor os Science Nursing Studies Program for September 2025.
