The Detective Sergeant Thomas Fraize Scholarship is awarded by the RNCA to dependents of RNCA members, past or present, who are graduating from Grade 12 and will be attending post secondary school. Megan Simms, daughter of Cst. Ron Simms, and Christian Kavanagh, son of Sgt. Ray Kavanagh, are the recipients of this year’s scholarship.
