He enlisted in the Army and served in France during World War I. He was a member of Eldon Legion Branch 7 for 30 years. Angus passed away in 1980. MUNN, Raymond WWII Raymond was born in Hopefield, Prince Edward Island in 1920 to Ira and Sarah Munn. He joined the Army and served with the 2nd Medium Battery in England, Sicily and Italy. Raymond was awarded the 1939-45 Star, the Defence Medal, the Italy Star, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp, the 1939-45 War Medal and the General Service Badge. He was married to Joyce. Raymond passed away in 1980. MUNN, James Hector WWII James was born in Hopefield, Prince Edward Island in 1916 to Ira and Sarah Munn. He was married to Eileen. He enlisted in the Army and served with the Prince Edward Highlanders CASF and the 1st Battalion of the Regina Rifle Regiment of the Royal Canadian Infantry Corps. He saw action in Canada, the United Kingdoms and the Netherlands. James was killed by friendly fire in 1944 in Cadzand on the Scheldt and is buried at the Adegem Canadian War Cemetery in Belgium. He was awarded the 1939-45 Star, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and clasp, the France and Germany Star, the 1939-45 War Medal, and the General Service Badge.
