Military Service Recognition Book 478 ONTARIO COMMAND TENNANT, Ronald A. Ronald was born on April 3, 1935 in Orillia, ON. He enlisted in the Army in 1958 and served with the United Nations in the Gaza Strip. Ronald was a Past-President of the Newmarket Legion Branch 426 and was a member of the branch for 50 years. Upon returning to civilian life, he worked 38 years at Acadian Platers. He was a proud recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. He was also a dedicated volunteer gardening at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga. Ronald passed away on March 19, 2013. THERIAULT, Adrien Adrien was born in Saint-Gabriel-de-Rimouski, QC on November 1, 1932. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force on April 7, 1954 and served during the Cold War in Canada and with the No. 1 Canadian Air Division in Germany until his discharge on April 7, 1983. He has been a member of Goderich Legion Branch 109 for 40 years. TERRY, Bentley G. Bentley was born on November 7, 1922 in Toronto, Ontario. He joined the Royal Regiment in 1942 and served in Normandy and in Holland during World War II. He was wounded and was operated on in Normandy. He recovered in England and returned to Holland. He was discharged on March 7, 1946.
