(Bill) Service #: JX29665 J.W.H. (Bill) Windsor was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland on April 26th, 1923. He served with the Royal Navy. He was killed in action when the Caribou was torpedoed in the Gulf of St. Lawrence on October 14th, 1942. WHITE, Arthur Service #: D47051 Arthur White was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland on March 11th, 1922. He served with the Canadian Army from October 1941 to January 30th, 1946. He is member of St. John’s Branch # 01 of The Royal Canadian Legion. WHITE, George Service #: JX247935 George White was born in Grand Bank, Newfoundland in 1919. He served with the Royal Navy from 1940 to 1945. He passed away in 1985. Lest we forget....
