He served with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Canada and he was killed in action in Britain in 1943. HOLDITCH, Reginald H. WWI Reginald was born in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, England in 1881. He enlisted in the Army and served as a rifle instructor with the 46th South Saskatchewan Regiment in Canada, Great Britain and France. He was a member of Boissevain Legion Branch 10 for more than twenty years. Reginald died in 1968. HOUCK, Harold Melvin WWI Harold was born in the Rural Municipality of Morton, Manitoba on November 6, 1896. He was a farmer when he enlisted in the Army in Regina, Saskatchewan on April 30, 1918 to serve with the Lord Strathcona Horse of the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in Canada, England and France. He married Violet Mae Harris in Brandon, Manitoba on November 10, 1928 and they had three children. HOPFNER, Alfred M. WWII Alfred was born in Lake Lenore, Saskatchewan in 1915. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served with Motor Transport in England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany during World War II. He is a Life member of Ste. Rose Legion Branch 232.
