He joined the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve and served on HMCS Amherst and St. Boniface in England, Iceland, Germany, and Londonderry in Ireland. He was a member of Lawrence Legion Branch 87 before he died in 2004. McCANNELL (nee HOLLAND), Eunice WWII Eunice was born in Cheshire, England. She served during World War II at #3 Bomber and Gunnery Base in McDonald, Manitoba. She was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, the General Service Badge, and the War Medal 1939-45. Eunice was a member of Pilot Mound Legion Branch 62 before she died in 2010. McCORQUODALE, Hugh WWI Hugh was born in the Wassewa District of Manitoba on April 11, 1886. He joined the Army and served with the Lord Strathcona Horse in Canada, England, France and Belgium during World War I. Hugh died on August 24, 1965. McCAUSLAND, Harold O. WWII Harold was born in Ninga, Manitoba in 1924. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Seaview, Vancouver during World War II. Harold died in 1978.
