No additional information is available. TALBOT, Harold WWI Harold was born in Chichester, Sussex, England in 1895. He joined the 257th Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force in Springfield, Ontario and signed his papers at London, Ontario. During his life, Harold suffered as a result of his being gassed during his service in Europe. He was discharged on January 11, 1919 because of sickness. Harold passed away in 1973. TAYLOR (nee MURRAY), Ruby Irene WWII Ruby was born in Ninga, Manitoba. She joined the Canadian Women’s Army Corps in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 1, 1942 and served in Canada. Ruby passed away in 2002. TAYLOR, Melvin G. WWII Melvin was born in Riverside, Manitoba in 1916. He joined the Lord Strathcona Horse Regiment and served in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and the Central Mediterranean Area. He received the 1939-45 Star of Italy, the France and Germany Star, the Defence Medal and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp. Melvin passed away in 1984.
