(Andy) WWII Harvey was born in Silver Creek, Manitoba in 1920 and enlisted in Winnipeg in December 1939 with the 6th Canadian Field Regiment RCA and was discharged in Winnipeg in October 1945 after having served in Canada, England, France, Germany, Belgium and Holland. He received the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, the Defence Medal, the 1939-45 Star and the France and Germany Star. Harvey passed away in 1990. NIERADKA, John J. KOREA & PEACETIME John was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1932. He also lived in Selkirk, MB and joined the First Regiment Royal Canadian Horse Artillery, serving in Korea from 1951-1952 and in Canada from 1951-1974. He has been a member of the Brandon Branch #3 of The Royal Canadian Legion for thirty-nine years. NILES, Jack K. WWII Jack was born in Brandon, Manitoba in 1917. He joined the 1st Royal Canadian Corps of Signals and served in England, Italy, France, Belgium and Holland. He’s been a member of The Royal Canadian Legion for forty years. NIERADKA, Walter J. WWII & PEACETIME Walter was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1923 and lived in Selkirk, Manitoba. He joined the Air Force and served in England from 1942-1945 and in Canada from 1940-1942. Walter passed away in 2003 and was a member of the Ogden Branch of The Royal Canadian Legion.
