LEST WE FORGET 95 CLARKE, Percy Desmond WWI Percy was born in Pembroke, Ontario on January 1, 1896. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces 96th Battalion Regiment 204697 on April 8, 1916 and served in Canada, England and France in the Battles of Ypres, Passchendaele and Vimy Ridge. He was discharged in May 1919. Percy farmed in the Dinsmore area from the 1920’s to the 1980’s. He passed away on January 28, 1984. CLOUSTON, Murray Malcolm WWII & PEACETIME Murray was born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan in 1907. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in World War II and also served during peacetime. Murray passed away in 1971. CLARKE, Wallace B. WWII Wallace was born in East End, Saskatchewan in 1916. He served during World War II in the Air Force in Canada with the Reserve General Section Class “E”. He was awarded the War Service Badge. He was a member of the Gillam and Birch River Branches of The Royal Canadian Legion. Wallace passed away in 2006.
