He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Engineers during World War I and served in Canada, Belgium, and France until his discharge. Edward was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Birch Hill Branch. ARMSTRONG, James Douglas WWII James was born in Rocanville, SK in 1915. He enlisted in the Canadian Army in June of 1942. He served as a Lieutenant in Canada, England, Holland and Germany with the South Saskatchewan Regiment during the Second World War. He was discharged in December of 1945. James passed away in 1994. ARMSTRONG, Ivan H. WWII Ivan was born in Craik, Saskatchewan in 1922. He enlisted in the Army and served with the 14th Canadian Tank Regiment during World War II in Europe as Trooper. Ivan was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 73 in Flin Flon. He passed away in 1952.
