The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 359 WALKER, Robert James WWII Robert was born on July 18, 1915 in Bickleighy, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Canada as a Sgt Bombardier/Navigator. He was a Life Member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 199 with over 35 years of membership. Robert passed away on July 12, 1997. WALKER, Samuel Samuel was born in 1905. He passed away in 1976 and is buried in Regina Beach Cemetery where he is listed as Sergeant. WALLACE, James “Jim” WWI & WWII James served in the First World War. He was born in Frobisher, SK and married Isabelle who moved to Canada in 1919 as a War Bride. Their son Robbie was born on August 17, 1920 but passed away on August 22, 1925. While living in Frobisher he did carpentry work and was a janitor for the Union Church for a time. He also served in the Second World War looking after prisoners at Lethbridge, Alberta when he took sick in 1945 and passed away in 1948. Jim is buried in the Frobisher Cemetery where his son is also buried. In 1945, Isabelle returned to her home in Scotland.
