Working as a clerk in Lumsden, SK, he enlisted in the Army in June 18, 1915 in Regina. He served with the 3rd Battalion during the First World War. On January 4, 1917, he was appointed to Lance Corporal. He was killed in action on April 9, 1917 at Vimy Ridge and was awarded the Memorial Cross. He is commemorated on the Vimy Memorial. HILDEBRAND, Frank Frank Hildebrand is listed in the Frobisher memorial pages. HOCK, Frank WWI Frank was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Unites States on October 10, 1888. He served with the Canadian Expeditionary Force during the First World War.
