The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 291 LIVINGSTONE, Dugald WWI & WWII Dugald was born in Austin, MB. He enlisted in the Army during the First World War and served overseas where he suffered from gas inhalation, recovered and returned to Austin. He married and raised five children. In 1928, the family moved to the Megan District, SK to homestead and five more children were born. He enlisted in the Army Veterans Guard on February 17, 1943 and served in Canada until his discharge on July 10, 1945. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Megan Branch and later the Arborfield Branch. Dugald passed away in 1960. LIVINGSTONE, Duncan WWII Duncan was born in Austin, MB and moved with his family in 1928 to homestead in the Megan, SK area. He enlisted in the Army on June 15, 1942 and served in Canada until his discharge on July 30, 1942. He was married and had two children; the family later moved to Alberta. Duncan is deceased. LLOYD, Clarence WWI Clarence was born in Northbrook, ON and later moved to the Arborfield, SK area. He enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces during the First World War and was killed in action in 1915. His name is engraved on the Vimy Ridge Canadian War Memorial in France.
