He joined the Army and served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment in Europe during the Second World War. Adolph passed away in 1994. CLAVELLE, Alfred F. WWII Alfred was born in 1918 in Whitewood, SK. He joined the Army during the Second World War. Alfred was killed in action in northern France in 1944 when he and others of his unit were involved in what is called a direct hit. These young men who lost their lives protecting us, our children and our country are remembered in our hearts and now on the wall in Normandy. CLELLAND, Ruby E. WWII Ruby was born in 1916 in Morse, SK. She enlisted with the C.W.A.C. during the Second World War and served in Washington, D.C. until her discharge. She was a member of the Glen Kerr Legion Branch 126 for fifteen years. Ruby passed away in 2007.
