TURNER, George WWII George served with the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. TURNER, James Frederick WWI James was born in 1884 in Moose Factory, ON. He enlisted in 1916 in Sudbury, ON and served overseas in England and France with the Expeditionary Force during the First World War. He also served with the 159th-7th Battalion and Militia 47th Regiment. He returned home with his belt buckle which was hit by a bullet but managed to not pass through. He was wearing it at the time, but no harm was done. James earned medals for his service. He passed away in 1965.
