MILLER, John WWI In 1914, John joined the Canadian Engineers and served as Acting Captain in France during the First World War. In 1916, he was transferred to the Argyle and Sutherland Highlanders. He was wounded one week before the Armistice in 1918. MILLER, Walter John WWII Walter served in the United Kingdom and in Continental Europe as a Corporal with the Canadian Postal Corps from 1941 until 1945 during the Second World War.
