He served as a Private during the First World War with the 28th Northwest Battalion C.E.F. from November 14, 1914 until he was killed in action on June 6, 1916. He has no known grave but his name is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial in Belgium. HUNTER, George Helm WWI George was born in 1890. He served during the First World War as a Private with the C.E.F. from 1914 to 1918. George passed away in 1975.
