He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1941 and served in Canada, the United Kingdom and France until he left the service in March 1946 as Leading Aircraftman. Gordon has been a member of Nutana Legion Branch 362. SONMOR, Fred WWII Fred was born in 1922 in the United States then moved to Canada. He joined the Army and served in Holland and Germany during WWII.
